The following is additionally applicable to all services provided:

• FREE estimates are provided on all work. A work contract will be drawn up describing all work and cost efforts.
• A 25% up-front pre-payment is required, upon contract signing, for all Web Site development and fixed setup fees.
• The remaining 75% cost of all Web Site development and fixed setup fees are due upon delivery of the Web solution.
• 3 months of FREE maintenance/bug fixes are provided, upon delivery of Web development solutions. Support on all Web Site development efforts after this period are charged at the normal $ 105 / hour rate.
• All Web Site operational support is provided FREE, for the lifetime of your Web Site hosting.
• For Web Hosting activities, billing occurs on a monthly basis, and is subject to the rates described above.
